Right now, if you want to add a rune to a weapon, you can choose out of a list with up to 35 runes. If you have more than that, they are not displayed and therefore can’t be chosen. Making the list of runes scrollable would solve this issue.
Current glitch. Workaround is to equip the ruin on your character as these are shown first
