Rouge Messer (Tier 2 Dual Wieldind Double Dagger) uses only running attacks. (attacks with strong forward momentum, similar to tier 1 dual dagger running attack).
Cannot attack while standing or use a charged attack.
This happens all the time with this weapon, it has never happened with tier1 double daggers.
