It would be nice to add a romance system: you have a home why not sharing it with someone?
You could present a npc with a gift, they can move to your house. You can get bonuses from your beloved.

Also if we gonna bring random NPC’s to come live with you you will need to start thinking about crafting some protection items. Or perhaps we need a daycare NPC? I guess instead of creating new characters like in standard RPG we can just do Crusader Kings style and have the offspring become the new PC in the same realm. Imagine all the strats to create a perfect offspring haha. DA PUREST BLOODLINE!
