Repairing because of deaths feels too punishing

I’m standing before Warrick the Rot, trying to beat him. But I found amusing that I need to repair my gear.

I know how difficult can be some games where you can try to beat difficult part for hours. But in most games reviving and going whole way back to difficult part to try again from scratch is punishing enough.

In No Rest you also added repair. In old Diablo requirement to repair was ok, because players usually don’t die tens time in row on same place.

So repairing feels like a bit too much. Right now my gear has 100 durability, so 20 attempts means need to repair.

Repair costs are relevant for a period of approximately 5 minutes after killing Warrick and then they never matter ever again. The system is so tame as to be pointless.

Isn’t Warrick the first boss? You have free repair untill you kill him.

Don’t take this wrong but if you have truble getting the money to repair or have food issue you are doing something wrong. Maybe search this forum or youtube for tips and tricks for beginners.

Ok , thank you, I’ll check it out

Invest in stamina and life at the begining and either roll behinde the boss and backstab hem or try to parry his attack. Rolling was easier for me.
