I still have a problem with unconsistent framerate in Sacrament, Keep and Nameless Pass. In dungeons the game runs very smoothly, but outside not so much I love the game so much so it’s making me a bit sad.

Your specs indicate your RAM (If you bought more than 2400Mhz XMP) isn’t running XMP, 2400Mhz is the speed your motherboard uses when you have not enabled XMP (The Profiles Saved to run the Speeds you paid for)
Your CPU also has internal mechanisms that are TIED to Ram speed, the faster it is, the better off you are, so not having XMP and running the lowest spec speed can hurt your performance, especially CPU to RAM latencies…
I would ask if you bought higher than 2400Mhz RAM, you enable XMP on your motherboard and try again.
It should also help in your other gaming workloads as well.
I love the game so much so it’s making me a bit sad.
