[Patched] Lost World Save (Atlantis) after 175 hours

I am reporting a critical issue regarding the loss of my world save.

After a 175 hours of gameplay, my world named “Atlantis” has completely disappeared from the game. The save file is no longer visible or accessible in the game menu.

This happened after restarting the game normally. I did not play offline, and there were no unusual actions before the issue occurred.

Steps leading to the issue:

  1. Played the game normally.
  2. Closed or restarted the game.
  3. Upon launching again, the world “Atlantis” was gone.

Expected result:
My world save should still be available and accessible.

Actual result:
The world has completely disappeared, resulting in the loss of 175 hours of progress.

This is extremely frustrating and a critical issue, as it represents a significant loss of time and progression.

Additional information:

  • I will provide logs (Player.log, Player-prev.log)
  • DataStore folder
  • dxdiag file
  • Any additional crash reports if available

Please let me know if there is any way to recover the lost save or if further information is required. I won’t play anymore if you don’t solve my problem, and you should warn that the game is being saved online and not locally. I don’t know how you should do it, but in any case, you should give the consumer a way to save the game, and make it recoverable from different points, like doing weekly saves. In 175, you can lose 2, 3, or 10, but not 175 hours of gameplay..

Is this after installing the patch? They did mention in the last patch that they specifically adressed realms being hidden. With a bit of luck, update your game and your save should be back!

Hey Mintrelum,

There was a maintaince patch today and servers were taken offline for that purpose. Can you still not see your Realm after that, right now?

The patch has been downloaded, and everything is working correctly again. Whether you intervened directly or not, you fixed it, and I’m very grateful. I’ll continue enjoying the game. Many thanks to the Moon Studios team or whoever fixed it. Thank you.

Amazing, glad it’s all fixed up!
