Quick thing that I didn’t realize since I hardly play around with masterwork gear. Unlike enchanted or plagued gear, you can remove gems from common gear without destroying anything. This makes common gear way more valuable than I thought as you are leveling up. I’ve avoided slotting gems leveling because I always used the enchanted gear. Staying common, any gems you find incrementally improve your gear as you find more and stay with you throughout.
