Marin Woods, why isn't there a plague outbreak?

Not sure if it’s a bug..

When I want to clear the outbreaks, I go to each zone and if there isn’t an outbreak, I make one (burning 3x embers + effigy).

Granted, I’m end game with hundreds of each resource.. so for areas like the Nameless Pass, Woods and Meadow, I always use the effigy so I’m not spending a bunch of time running around when all I really want is the boss loot.

I’ve been looking around and getting mixed information on this question, so I’ll pose it as a dedicated topic in an effort to collect user experiences and information. Q: Is there a known “chest or monster loot” difference between a T4 area with Lv10 corruption Versus a T4 area with Lv3 corruption? *The “boss loot” is identical, despite the difficulty difference. ~ [ T4, C10 ] ~ [20A27B~1] ~ [ T4, C3 ] ~ [20EE9D~1]
