Maps of Isola Sacra

I think we’ve all seen the map in Sacrament, but I haven’t seen much discussion about it’s specifics. I want to share some things that I’ve found and I’d love to see what others have found as well!

Map of Isola Sacra
This map is located in the center of Sacrament and you’ve probably seen it plenty of times.
It’s very likely a map of Isola Sacra, but I haven’t been able to figure out the scale. The red colored square is obviously Sacrament, but are the other squares other towns (maybe Tir and Havenport?) or just points of interest (Marine’s Keep for example)?

The same map can also be found in the War room in Sacrament.

Mural of Isola Sacra
While we’re in the War room, there’s also mural here which is also very likely a painting of Isola Sacra.
I like how the difference in height is better visible here, you can see the Frozen Peaks!
This map also makes it look like the squares on the previous map are actually towns, because the way that Sacrament is painted is the same way that the other “squares” are painted.

I feel like there is a lot more to these maps though, and I’d love to hear what all of you can find!

Yeah, I think the red box is Sacrament with the “castle” box a bit to the left is Mariner’s Keep and the box at the right to be Ancient City Caylen. It tells me at least this much is being planned by the devs. Who knows in the future, the map might be bigger. Also we still have Phalens that I’m sure on the mainland (not on this map) and a port (fort?) that comes up in Madrigal arrival cutscene. If 1.0 is Fellowship of The Ring, Phalens probably on Two Towers.

Interesting developments on X. The Creative Director replied to two comments which gave us interesting clues:

  1. There will be more cities/settlements next to Sacrament.

  2. One of those will be Tir.

  3. Havenport lies to the west of Sacrament.

  4. We probably will be able to go there too, but it’s more a suggestion than a hard confirmation.
