List of Feedback: From A Souls Vet and New Wicked Player from the Breach

:gem_stone: First off — I’m absolutely loving the game. No Rest For The Wicked feels like a muddy diamond: it just needs a little cleanup and polish to truly shine. Here’s some feedback and suggestions that I believe could improve the experience for everyone:

:crystal_ball: Rune Description System

  • It’s tough to build and theorycraft without rune descriptions.
  • Suggestion: Introduce a Logbook or Rune Bingo Card system that reveals descriptions once extracted — “gotta catch them all” style!

:money_bag: Item Lock or Buyback System

  • For accidental vendor/salvage moments — especially painful with rare or exalted items.

:gem_stone: Permanent Gem System on Magic/Plagued Gear

  • It’s punishing to destroy high-end gear by socketing the wrong gem.
  • Suggestion: Allow detaching gems for a very high gold cost, instead of outright destroying the gem or gear.

:moai: Non-functional Training Dummy

  • Could be a great tool for testing mechanics, rune effects, damage thresholds, etc.

:backpack: Inventory Management Improvements

  • Inventory feels artificially limited and forces backtracking to town.
  • Suggestion: Add more upgradeable inventory slots (maybe via Plagued Ichors).

:heart_on_fire: Option to Display HP & Focus Numbers

  • Huge QoL boost — especially for those testing Focus Regen, Rune Costs, and HP regen mechanics.

:crossed_swords: Weapon Set System

  • Quick-swap weapon sets for different playstyles or encounters — very helpful for rune-swapping builds.

:open_book: Lore Tab

  • There’s some genuinely great storytelling — but it’s easy to miss!
  • Suggestion: Add a Lore Log to store all notes/books players pick up.

:microbe: Pestilence Outbreak – Enemy Locator

  • When down to 15–10% enemies remaining, show remaining Plagued enemies on the map.
  • (Inspired by PoE2’s map-clearing mechanics — feels fair and user-friendly.)

:white_check_mark: I understand some of these may already be in the works or are design choices — but I hope a few can make it in!

Gems can be destroyed which in turn doesn’t affect your weapon.

Use destroy instead of extract function.

I agree with most of the propositions - it’s a nice compilation of reasonable QoL features. So :+1: from me. Maybe one day…
