I really like the game: visuals, exploration, combat - the map design is outstanding. But having to constantly manage my inventory, buy a house and containers to store, organize and manage my stuff is beyond tedious. I really, really, don’t need to be the logistic manager of my belongings. I don’t want Sims in my ARPG. Thinking of Hogwarts Legacy they had similar options with the Room of Requirements - but I could completely ignore it if I wasn’t into interior design. I don’t know about others, but this doesn’t improve the gameplay experience for me in any way. I get how a limitation of carried weapons and consumables enforces decisions and combat styles, but all resource/upgrade materials don’t alter the way I play outside town, so I don’t see a reason for limiting them. Let me access everything I own at shops and just give me one big storage where every resource is stored. Thanks!
I know In the IGN early access review one of the main criticisms was inventory management and storage size.
The updates so far to QOL, storage and inventory has me confident that this will be a non issue very soon, let alone by the 1.0 release
