This particular boss in this arena is considered “practically impassable” for me. The overhead catwalks block the view of the arena, the arena itself is dark, and you can only approach it with a fire weapon, a torch, or a Light Rune, which requires concentration and casting time (there’s no time for this during the fight). The boss itself isn’t difficult until he starts blasting plague bubbles all over the arena, the effects of which last for a very long time, plus his attacks occupying 60-70% of the arena, combined with these bubbles and the arena’s weaknesses I described, it’s literally impassable.
