Training ground for testing weapons, runes, skills etc

Because of how many different weapon types there are and because of the random nature of the stat requirements it would be nice if we were able to practice using a weapon type. The town has a section that looks like it’s set up with training dummies, it would be nice if we could use “training weapons” in that area of weapon types we have already discovered so you can practice and get a feel before buying or investing stats ect. So if I find a scythe for the first time and I am unsure if I want…
