Immersive item design

Dear Moon Studious, love your game even if at first I found it hard.
My suggestion is one related simple itemization. I find it strange that the repair item used for urgent gear fixes outside of town is in the form our a power, could we not instead have a small parts repair kit depicting a small hammer, needle and thread and a few fits of metal and leather. That would be for more believable then powdering your sword/gambeson with some dust and have it magically repair itself. Let the player feel like he/she fixed their own gear in a pinch. Your model team could make a new model for the repair item in a very short amount of time and many others games used this idea in the past. Besides this is what Medieval reenactors use too.

I personally don’t mind the magic repair powder.
The first thing that came to mind when I first saw it was the repair powder you get in Dark Souls. Didn’t have a second thought about it.

I understand what you mean, but magic powder in the setting of this game doesn’t feel out of place to me, especially when you can actually use magic and spells for other purposes.

Haven’t really bother me. Always think of it like welding flux or something.
