How do I lower this bridge?

I cleared the nameless pass, i killed the twins. I think i missed something as i found a bridge im unable to lower. Any ideas how to lower it?

so far it can not be done, also puzzled a lot, tried to go around, climb over the mountains, in the end I even managed to get to the other side, but I realized that I was not supposed to be there, I got there through the mountains, but then fell into the textures and died.

I had the same issue, like Deles said I was also able to go near the other side and that zone seems unfinished, there is a cave but the entrance is just a solid wall, so I assummed that part of the map will be available in future updates.

I’ve spent countless hours looking into this and the kick-down ladder you can just barely see in the background. Seems like they’re not accessible just yet.
