Housing on Coop needs improvements

I think the housing is poorly designed, as certain things have been overlooked (which is normal, since the co-op is new, but it deserves a review).

If I buy a house, my friends can’t, but the crafting tables take up a lot of space, as do the chests, so after a few hours your house runs out of space and the workstations can’t cope with refining all the material.

I think it’s important that each player can buy the houses they want, regardless of whether another player has already bought them, and that when you enter your house, you can choose whether to enter yours or your teammates’ (if they have given you permission; if not, you go straight into yours).

Currently, the system for refining items and storing large quantities of objects, resources, consumables, and miscellaneous items falls far short.

Furthermore, there is no free space left for decorative items, twitch drops, etc.

i kinda agree, space runs out alarmingly fast. instanced houses would help having a dedicated craft house and leaving one as your decorative house for everyone in the realm. without that i think you arent meant to have everything in your house and are meant to use the world fabs/refineries but its a bit time consuming to run around so much.

itd be helped if houses had access to a basement with a big empty square meant to be used to spam crafting stations, for example the 18s one to the right of the town square has a visible trapdoor but its uninteractible
