Health on fatality mech doesnt procc with slam runes

I tested it with lightning slam on my simictar and skyfall smash on my shellguards gauntlets same for the plauge slam (the one with orb animation not pestilence rune)
edit: on pestilence rune it works just randomly I still don’t get it
