Malus on plague weapon "attack stamina cost increase" increase the cost of stamina rune

the debuff on plague weapon says attack stamina cost but it also increasse the stamina cost from rune that cost stamina…

not a bug, however what is bugged is that stamina runes are not affected by stamina cost reductions.
