I keep getting the weapon I am trying to use for a new character build, this is the fourth time I have enchanted it and it is blue. I have 20+ plague ichors just sitting in storage and it’s not hard to farm more. Can we use a plague ichor to guarantee a plague enchantment or upgrade a blue to a purple?
