Game focus system and ability diversity

Using abilities is fun. Having said abilities gated for most of the combat uptime is not. The game is, of course, balanced under the current system. Aware that creating infinite focus builds is possible - and that most powerful builds rely on this. That said, I propose that focus and abilities be rebalanced to be used much more frequently by all builds, sans the need to gear, enchant, and gem toward it.

Additionally, would love to see more ability variety to create much more build diversity. Many of the abilities feel similar and functionally the same, in my experience. Would love to see many more options added to provide greater replay value and more ways to play with the existing weapon set.
