Game crashes after realm loading on A770/A770M

I am unable to play the game as it crashes as soon as realm loads.
I tried different settings variations, and it will simply not work.
Since game started and has very solid rendering in the menus, I doubt that this is Intel Arc driver issue or even hardware issue.

My system is on the latest BIOS and has latest OS and drivers.

same problem with ARC 750, all update, I’ve written other posts but no response from the developers
