Hello,
I played the game for 20 minutes and the computer automatically shut down. (Closed momentarily) When I turn on the computer and open the game, I constantly encounter the “Loading Realm…” error.
I deleted and reinstalled twice.
I verified the file once.
When I log in to the game again, I see that the character I opened has been deleted. When I open it again, I encounter the same error again.
I’m thinking of returning it, but I wanted to point out my mistake.
2->It uses too much graphics card, it goes up to 95% even though I haven’t even started the game yet, in the menu settings
