Frozen/Cold Mechanic bugs

I tesed cold damage for a bit and there were some weird things:

  • Cold Enchantment rune does not add extra % cold damage, but instead convert the entire damage into cold? I heard that in the previous version it’d have 2 dmg numbers one physical and one cold. Now there is only 1 number, only that the color became blue, the value is the same. Perhaps this is a mechanics change and not a bug? it wasn’t mentioned in the patch.
  • Frozen enemies takes about half the damage they would normally take, is this intended? and there was no “big shatter damage”, is it because the mechanic is bugged or is it because cold enchantment convert all my dmg to cold so there was nothing to trigger the shatter? (they did shatter visually though)

Ur damage now is cold, to shatter u need to deal phys damage (u can try it with wand, works very well - freeze with spell and just use attack). If u have pure cold melee weapon, u need to swap weapon and shatter, or just use physical weapon with cold skill rune, so u can freeze with that skill and shatter with default attack.
