im also having this issue in north america
Followup, when im playing with my freind, the desyncs make the game functionally unplayable for us, happening every 1-5 minutes. reinstalling the game prevents the issue from happing for 20 minutes to an hour but it always comes back. hope this gets fixed soon
Hey Silas any update on troubleshooting that bug?
Hey man,
Here is a possible fix:
- Share your Realm
- Invite someone, have them walk around and see if everything works for them
- Then join yourself (you potentially need to let them leave first)
- (if you need someone to help you out, I can also join your Realm)
Let me know the result!
Silas
Please try these options, even though they are lukewarm, they actually have helped people.
- Have everyone leave for a few seconds and rejoin (switch who joins first and then let others join)
- make your realm Private and Share again. Repeat this perhaps 3 times. Someone reported this solved their issues. (you can safely kick players, everything will be there if you re-invite)
- Try connecting with a VPN, change your Realmās server location or perhaps look into tunnel software like zerotier
Also troubleshoot yourself if you can! I welcome all good ideas at this point, let us know if something worked for you ![]()

Ok Iāll try that out I bought the game for a couple of my buddies while it was on sale so Iāll see if theyāll try to help me out
Just had my buddy join my realm. Everything was playing fine for him. I had him go to the area I was at for the crash (the sewers) and his game immediately crashed. So itās not a save error or hardware error, it seems like something in that area is causing the crash
Any mods you guys have installed in-between?
Silas
I agree, nice to have that ruled out at least.
Are you playing on controller or kbm?
Any mods installed?
Iāve escalated this already btw, so itās at least in official hands ![]()

edit: your submitted video isnāt playing for me anymore, could you check it out?
I made a breakthrough today with my Session Error - Exception (4) errors.
So, I have a Gaming PC and a Streaming/NAS PC. Both are connected via LAN to share files, and the Streaming/NAS PC is connected via Voicemeeter to transmit audio from the S/NAS PC to the Gaming PC, and vice versa.
If any other device (i.e., my GFās PC or my phone) plays Youtube videos, then the gaming PC can play online in NRftW just fine. However, if the S/NAS PC plays YouTube videos, then BAM. Exception (4) errors relentlessly. If I simply PAUSE the YouTube video on the specific S/NAS PC, then all is well again.
Very perplexing. Especially since I can have Twitch streams playing on the S/NAS PC and NRftW will play online just fine. It appears to only happen specifically when YouTube is playing.
Edit: No mods installed.
Compressed .rar file of the logs and data folder.
I am very happy for you to hear that Marrohawk! ![]()
May your Wicked days be long and prosperous.

Issues like this are what make me hesitant to work in the IT industry lol.
Like, what an odd issue to have. I guess Iāll chalk it up to me finally have an issue with Windows 11 while the rest of the internet rips on the OS for other issues.
Ok awesome. I am using a controller and I donāt have any mods installed
Yeah let me take a look at the video, idk why it wonāt work thatās strange
Edit: For some reason google docs isnāt working when i try to share the link to this forum, it worked fine earlier so idk what the problem is now. I edited my first post to include a link of the original video recorded from steam but the link apparently will expire in two days so Iāll try to figure something else out
