during Faith and Flame quest, i talked to the madrigal, both of us standing in front. after the line “i came from nothing, i was no one” , the cutscene did not start. she just stood there.
i quit the game and my friend stayed in. he said he held space and skipped a cutscene even though none was appearing to be happening, which teleported him to the winged brood arena.
i rejoined the game, and i was still on the madrigal’s balcony while he was fighting. invisible walls around the balcony made me stuck there permanently.
kept rejoining as he fought, but hitting ‘continue from last whisper’ didnt actually return me to the last whisper.
he eventually killed the brood without me. the invisible walls around the balcony disappeared, but there were another set of invisible walls around the rubble that ~~i couldnt pass. ‘continue from last whisper’ still didnt work.
my character is probably softlocked here permanently, with no option to teleport to a whisper, so this is a pretty nasty bug to have.
UPDATE: turns out the second set of invisible walls had a gap in it and i was able to get out
