Due to the nature of looting, especially in areas like the crucible, one can end up with a lot of random food and consumables in your inventory. This can make switching between items a bit of a pain.
What I would love to see is the option to equip maybe 5-7 Food, and 5-7 Consumables and only have those specifically show up when trying to swap through items 
I’m hoping for a radial menu in the future, the quick selection menu is quite annoying during combat, they could copy and replace the gesture menu
I’d also enjoy a radial menu. Either way a menu where I can limit what appears so I can better organize my consumables!
Whether it be a radial menu or limiting what’s in the quick selection, both are great ideas to limit how many you have to navigate through on the fly.
