being able to duel wield any 2 one handed weapons would only make sense, i had 2 different daggers early on in the game and realized i couldn’t put one in each hand. This will make characters be able to further their unique characters and play style, it also just makes sense as u can have shields in the other hand why not other one handed weapons. thanks for reading pls consider

This quite simply won’t be happening. Dual wielded weapons will come as pre made pairs, such as dual daggers. We may see dual axes and so on, but you will never be able to dual wield 2 different 1 handed weapons.
Why? Every single weapon in the game has a unique move set. They wouldn’t do a unique moveset for every possible combination of dual wielded weapons. “They don’t need to!” you say.. But if they don’t, having 1 or 2 movesets for dual wielding would completely destroy weapon identity.
So it’s safe to say, this goes against the very design of the game, so I wouldn’t count on ever seeing this feature introduced.
