Could be missing something on scaling, but since reaching level 14, 95% of gear drops are level 21 or a very high attribute level requirement. Majority are level 21 requirements which is a rather long ways away from level 14. Even at level 17 it feels like miles away. Is this intentional or am I a lucky goose?
