With 130% focus gain, the focus bar is barely moving. It’s a rather large amount of focus gain % to return a small amount of focus, especially since focus on hit was reduced.
You had it right the first time, before the nerf. Think about the complaints you’ve received and the type of players they were coming from.
The people complaining didn’t have to use focus gain, if it was something they didn’t like. They also don’t have to choose to play with a player in multiplayer who uses focus gain if they don’t like it. So how does keeping it the way you had it, impact those players experience negatively? They are simply too focused on, and upset by other’s enjoyment, to enjoy the game for themselves.
You should allow more flexibility with focus gain. It allows for creative builds, whether melee or range, and an enjoyable experience for those who prefer to use it. No harm to the experience of those who don’t, as they can choose to keep other affixes on their equipment.
