Weapon focus gain when attacking to low

You reduced the focus gain on weapons too low and now we a more depended on potions for focus was this intended? Also please look into damage/focus gain vaules from dual dagger vs 1 handed daggers the 1 handed daggers do more damage and have higher focus gain and cost less stamina to use please fix dual-daggers to be double of knifes damage and focus gained since your using two weapons.
