Derek disappeared

The Derek just disappeared. When I try to go back to the Sacrament and back to the Sewers there is no Derek. and just an empty arena.

So few things we need.

the logs, and reproduction steps.

Did you fight him, die and then came back from Sacrament respawn point? Did you use fast travel?

Any additional information will be very helpful.

Yea fight him and when I respawn he didn’t come back
