Cruicible is impossible for 2H melee or melees in general

Level 25. 120 hp, 600 armor, and normal roll. Double daggers build with heal/focus on hit. Usually make it to around room six or eight. Rooms that spawn greatshields give me problems, but everything else is on farm.

How? They r the easiest. Watch the video I have posted. Might give u an idea on how to deal with them. This one: https://youtu.be/-YtLJpr6ivU

I think a good solution could be a scaling crucible.
so from your current level it scales as much as it would be still a challenge
but not one hit kills from normal mobs.
So no easy task but not impossible. And so would every player at every level have a challenging experience, but not just demotivating.
just a thought.

I think current crucible is just a placeholder, and if I understand the intention correctly, there will be 3 or 4 more difficulty levels to it

Yeah i just wanted to show those two rooms i quit after the recording ended lol.

I have more trouble with performance there for some reason. It started slowing down and lagging when more enemies came at me.

I was able to clear it on my 5th attempt with sword and board. My 3rd attempt i got to the last boss as well. Just make sure you eat the steak that gives extra hp. I finally cleared it by getting to 21 and maxing my sword.

Why just the cake (steak) and not the whole menu? Buff health, focus, stamina, apply all five oils and escalate things completely.

I don’t think that’s needed, but you can. While what room you get is random, the enemies and their location are not. Once you learn a room it makes it a lot easier.

Ah. You can kill them in one backstab, which is nice. I need to do two executes to take them down. Should have mentioned my weapon is only at tier two. Can’t find a second Bear Paw to upgrade it. :smiling_face_with_tear:

Update* I don’t use 2h weapons I switch my katana since no bear claws drop. To goveners dagger maxed it out and hit lvl 30. Now crucible is my grind fest. lol it took me a few tries to get the echo knight but it’s a fun challenge. That’s all for the help.

I used 2 tier 2 daggers in the crucible. Light armor, approximately 160, 108 HP, daggers 17 damage (14 +22%) +5% electric, started level 21

Almost everyone dies with one hit from behind, even if a rare enemy does not die, after such a hit he rests for some time, and can be finished off with a series.

If it doesn’t work out, there is a good tactic - he swings, dodging from the side - a strike. Repeat.

It’s really bad when there are 3 of them at once, but such situations are extremely rare.
When I found bear paws, it became much easier, no doubt)

I just watched a video of a guy beating the echo knight by only blocking lol. People who say this game is hard just have not tried to put together a proper build. You need to enchant every piece of tier 3 gear you get and you will find some really nice augments that make it easy.

He only killed it because off bugged attributes and unintended interaction between them. Not a single gear or attack should have giving him health back. If he wasn’t exploiting it he would have been dead long time ago.

Hows the Shattered Sun moveset?

I don’t have any problems with dual daggers

Very good I like it.
