I am facing the same issues in my older, full open realm. I started it when Breach was introduced so not so “obsolete”. I have Windows 11 with GameInput Service disabled. I tried the game with GameInput ON/OFF and no difference. That realm is still laggy.

Another solved case by this fix, but slightly different symptoms. arclor crashed very frequently instead of it only being containted to stutter and freezes.
