Chest disappearing, loot unavaible and character stuck in animation

from the 20…34 backup on the TT realm, it is possible to spawn close to the chest
exiting and reloading lets the player control the character again, but losing the loot isn’t great (you can also see me try to pickup an item and fail)

if you go back up and stick to the left (from the backup), you’ll find chests on top of each other

Happens here to me everytime.

About 30 minutes after this picture was taken, I returned to the area and found the chest open with the same loot and it let me take the loot without disappearing or causing the character to get stuck in the animation. It still needs to be looked at, but very odd behavior on this chest in particular.
