I was doing the “Rattle the Cage” bounty in Mariner’s Keep. I was entering Mariner’s Keep from the Shallows through the gap in the wall. I noticed that the bounty enemies can’t pass through the gap and cheesed them while standing in the Shallows. Now, the enemies are dead but the bounty is still incomplete.
Do you physically have to be inside the location specified in the bounty for the completion to trigger? Also, do I have any option other than resetting the bounty by exiting to menu to complete it?
Thats weird ive done that too once before yet i got mine completed, but it can probably happen.
You will have to abandon the bounty and accept it again from Cpt Randolph.
Just TP from whisper in mariners keep to sacrament and then TP back.
Just make sure there isnt an ongoing plague in the area where the bounty is because some bounties requires the plague to be cleansed if in the same area.
No that shouldn’t be needed.
Was it the bounty with mini-boss Warrick and the 2 dodgers (the ranged Torn who throw spikes at you)?

If I’m thinking about the right enemies, then there were two big enemies with a metal-cage-like head.
EDIT: Its possible that I killed the wrong enemies in the first place, but I searched the area thoroughly and couldn’t finish the bounty.
Interesting, that could very well be what happened! I’ve honestly never in my 600 hours not have a bounty complete, however what has been reported on multiple occassions in different scenarios is enemies not spawning 
.
So you probably thought you killed the correct enemies, but they were maybe not because they hadn’t spawned yet?
You’ve canceled the bounty by now? Otherwise you can still test this!
