Haven’t been able to complete this bounty for a while now.
When I kill them (if they spawn that is) the bounty will simply not update, so I can’t complete it.

You can try cancelling bounty and accepting it again. Also, are you sure you are killing right enemies? They should have skull next to their health bar.
