All bonus health percentages shown on the armor are not being added to the character’s total health.
I’m attaching images: one where I remove the armor and have 301 HP with the bed buff, and another where I equip the armor that grants an extra 17% health, but the total HP does not increase or reflect this bonus.

Just for good measure, can you please do it without bed buff? 
Can you also name the chest piece? (or try to translate, it just helps me find it a little bit faster!)
