I would love to see a few options added.

Give us the ability to rebind all the buttons on both keyboard and controller individually. For example … I want to be able to bind the parry / block buttons on the RT and RB respectively
Having full range of controller customisation is in my opinion much needed addition when it comes to accessibility. -
Having an option to put an outline around your character and or enemies.
Being able to select one or the other / both as toggles while also being able to choose any colour and thickness of each of the outlines would also be great addition to accessibility options for people who need more visual help for any reason.
