Good of you to tell us about those bugs, let’s break them down.
- Is there something special going on with the cooking mechanic? Getting that bug everytime can be frustrating I imagine. Any mods you have installed that might impact cooking as well?
If no mods, could you please submit some files for us so Moon can investigate?

About the runes, I’m affraid you have probably destroyed your weapons by accident. Make sure to read the tooltip that comes with the action you select.
Extracting a rune will destroy the weapon,
Destroying the rune will keep the weapon intact and remove the run from its slot.
