A Few Suggestions

Well, I’m rounding up to about 200 hours into the game and I’m hopelessly in love with Wicked. I have come up with a short list of suggestions.

  1. More accessibility options: Colorblind modes, misophonia options, runspeed toggles, etc.
  2. The player directional arrows could offer a little more information. The character name, a chosen color of arrow, something that allows us to discern which arrow belongs to which player.
  3. When drawing from player boxes, it would be nice to know who owns said box, again, character name, the player’s chosen color coordinating with the box, etc.
  4. An in game chat function, having to alt tab to chat to my party members in a separate program pulls me out of the game, literally. Not everyone prefers voice chat, some folks just want to type.
  5. A harder difficulty tier. Path of the Unspoken is hard, but you could ramp it up one more notch I think.

Everything else about this game is extremely well crafted. I’m so excited for what NRFTW will be once y’all are done cooking.

I think you’ll find the lack of in-game text chat is a far more complex topic than you expect.
There’s a number of legislative & regulation requirements globally.

Accessibility/Disability. Data Privacy. Online safety. etc etc.

It’s crazy the amount of things developers must adhere to these days.
So I totally understand why that might not be a main focus for them right now.
