I just visited the Rookery storage chest, and as soon as I engaged with it, 3/4 of my items in my resources category instantly disappeared from my inventory. I THINK what happened is that it automatically put into storage whatever duplicates I already had in there, I don’t think they actually vanished.
But I can’t be sure as I don’t know how many of each thing I had in storage to begin with. Either way, it’s a huge concern especially if you’ve got some valuable upgrade materials that you’ve spent time collecting!
This seems associated with the bug where when you delete something from your inventory to make space, the game also deletes the identical item that you have equipped, so like you have an extra Claymore and you delete it, and the game also deletes the Claymore you have equipped, etc.
