Wishlist to see in the game

I’m hooked. I’ve played the game for roughly 160 hrs in the little time I have available as a father of 2. Together update brought me and my brother gaming together again, reminiscent of days when we were kids, playing couch coop. The combat feels great and keeps me coming back to try and parry everything (thats possible).

Below are some ideas I think would be a good fit for your game and would like to see personally.

Combat Systems & Mechanics

  • Nemesis System: Randomly appearing enemies with equipment that complements your build, increasing in difficulty with each defeat (capped at 3).

  • Plagued Content: Inclusion of Plagued Nemeses, corrupted boss forms, and plagued resources or food that offer powerful buffs with negative side effects.

  • Combat Maneuvers: Enhanced boons for perfect dodges/parries, combination elements, and finishers for combo moves.

Environmental Interaction

  • Interactive Objects: Ability to throw barrels, torches, and even enemies to inflict status effects like blindness, rage, or elemental damage.

  • Environmental Hazards: Strategic use of felling trees and destructible ground/cliffs to damage enemies or allies.

Special Modes & Events

  • Stealth Mode: Use of environmental hiding spots (barrels/chests) and mechanics for pickpocketing or spying in high-alert areas like castles and enemies forts.

  • Siege & Pirate Events: Fort defense/attack waves using siege weapons, and “Pirate King” sea-based PVP or faction-based PVE trade route defense.

    • Would love to see the Cerim and Risen roles / story paths explored.
  • Specialty Modes: Dedicated modes for hitless runs, platforming challenges, “Plagued” survival, co-op raids, and even “cook-off” mini-games.

Progression & Customization

  • Equipment Crafting: Using monster parts to design custom weapons/armor with unique modifiers and stat splits (e.g., str + int) for unconventional rune abilities.

  • NPC Management: A war/city-building system where NPCs can be assigned roles like traders, farm hands, or generals.

I look forward to seeing what you have in store for close PTR and 1.0
