While most enemies can’t be backstab but they can be parry.

This it´s a good point. The enemies that can´t backstab should be more damaged how boses or animals.

Some enemies cannot be backstabbed, the very big ones, like the tree trunk guy, or the nimble dudes with dual wielding daggers, thats it, rest is fair game and they are so easy to roll behind its not even fun anymore hehehe.
