Why can every npc recognize a Cerim?

Hi gamers and developers,

I noticed that all NPCs can recognize the player as a Cerim at the first sight. So it must be some special, notorious biological features or wearables that help them make such judgment.

However, apart from exceptionally long, strong arms, the player seems not to have any such marks. if it is the arms, there are a few NPCs with such long arms in the game (Tuvult, the secret messager with a dog. I suspected he was another Cerim secret agent, but it contradicts with the storyline). If it is the equipment, the Cerim carries no trinkets, necklaces or other Cerim relics.

So it pesters me what is so distinguishable about the hero/heroin. According to the storyline, Cerim could look a bit like infected with pestilence, because he/she drinks plague ichor to enhance his/her abilities? Is this the trait that tells away his/her mystical identity? If the Cerim’s appearance is incorporated with pestilance, it will be logical, and has a stronger souls-like vibe. I think this can be very cool.

Hmm indeed that sounds like a good idea like glowing eyes or some other feature related to how only a Cerim would speak or maybe others hear whispers in the wind when close to a Cerim?

It’s a bit hard to tell for me. The Customize menu on character creation doesn’t show much infection
