Where are the Torn Crawlers in the quarry for the bounty?

in the area after the elevator, walk on the lower parts

They are both in the quarry section of Nameless Pass prior to the prison. It can be frustrating the first time doing that bounty but once you learn where to look it becomes one of the easier bounties. There are only two of them and they are not in elevated areas. Hope that helps.

I seem to have a problem with this quest not registering the kills

Make sure you are in the quarry (the area just prior to the prison). There are some possible crawler locations just outside Sacrament and they will not count. If your problem still persists than try reloading the game or dropping the bounty and picking it up again. If all that doesn’t work then bug report time.
