Water falls / Clouds / Mist look pixelated

Water falls look really pixelated. The mist looks pixelated too but less.

I noticed something similar on the water, when water is on the far edges on the screen, it becomes pixelate. Iā€™m using HDR and fullscreen window display mode, best quality 4k.

I have been watching gameplays and everyone has this problem. I think they will probably fix it in the future.
