Visuals crashing during prologue

During the prologue when I get above deck, my screen goes black as if my monitor has disconnected. I’ve turned settings and resolution as far down as possible. I’m willing to provide any logs required if you can provide instructions. Please help me, or I will have to refund the game.

CPU - AMD Ryzen 9 5950X
GPU - NVIDIA RTX 3080
OS - Windows 10

I have a similar experience, also after the Patch #1. But the issue is not consistent. Sometimes the game simply doesn’t allow me to go beyond the main menu. Sometimes I get to the end of the deck section and then it crashes during a video.
