Main hand weapon skills disappear mid combat randomly. Offhand weapon runes take its place without holding onto CTRL. Can still use offhand weapon runes.
Only way to fix this at the moment is to quit to main menu.

i assume youre playing on pc then, you pressed your alt gr button right of space, it changes the selected runes by default to your second hand weapon
Yes I am on PC. Alt gr? Not sure what you’re talking about. I can switch to offhand runes just fine. This bug appears from time to time while being unable to use main hand runes at all. It is as if I don’t have it equipped.
I have tried unequipping and equipping again. Same issue persists.

as you can see in your own picutre your second hand is higlighted because oyu accidentaly pressed it, it is white outlined
Doesn’t do anything. Alt is bound to Walk to Mouse.
Unless what you’re referring to is actually CTRL. The runes at the time were STUCK on offhand runes only.

I had this happen twice. Both slightly different.
First time: I just started a fresh game. Found an Azure Blade with Heat Enchantment and a Short Bow. I changed my offhand keybinding to Right mouse click. I fought 1 or 2 baddies and used my Heat Ench 2-3 times. Swapped between bow and blade and runes worked. Then after right clicking and using the bow runes they got stuck as the main runes even when using my blade. I could use Caps to switch to the Body Heal rune but could not get back to my main hand rune. I then took the bow off and only had the blade. It showed no runes in the slots. i restarted the game and the rune was back.
Second time: I was using the same setup as above maybe 20 min after the previous bug. I used my Body Heal rune and it got stuck as the only rune i could use. I could not switch to any other rune no matter what. I restarted and it went back to normal.
I have not been able to reproduce these bugs yet.

Garth I’m only seeing your DxDiag and crash logs.
The other files (Datastore, player.log and player-prev.log) are really the most important ones here, would you please add those to the link?
