I just tried to add “Lightning Damage increased by 5%-10%” into my body armour with Essence Ember. It will not allow me to add it even though the list of enchantments says it is possible. I have others body armour with that stat. I know the body armour is not full on enchants, but it does not work on full enchantments either. I used some essence embers on items below lvl 16, so it shouldn’t be that. Did I miss something or can some sets not have specifics stats?
It’s not a bug, if you extract an effect from a blue item you can only insert it into another blue item.
