I am having this issue for hours and couldnt access it.

ok, actually i have asked them to do a relog but they just went to the menu and return to the game.
I suspected that my log in is stuck to someone within the realm. I couldnt enter any other realm and when i enter the realm with issue it goes black screen loading then menu screen again. the photo shown above poped up for all the other realm except the one that has people playing in it and its the one that i want to join.
Issue resolve itself once they both went to sleep.
I hope this helps really liking the game and hope this accelerated the game progress. cant wait to play more acts. 127 hours on only act 1 is a torture HAHAHA
ok bye for now! have a great day ahead and i spend 2 hours waiting for them to go to bed.
